It is the perfect breakfast muffin!
When I was in Sprouts the other day and found your carrot raisin muffins in a leading display, I was wary. I didn't want a heavy, dense, ruminating-type of muffin.I wanted something healthy that tasted incredibly good.
Then I bought and tried them.
It's been my breakfast with coffee all week. I have it between 5 am & 8 am. It holds me till about 2 pm when hunger starts to set in.
I'm really impressed. These muffins are really good. I've kept them in the fridge all week. They didn't dry or crumble. It is the perfect breakfast muffin.
