Please Make a Flax Bread, I Love the Sandwich Buns

Having to go gluten free, then also being diabetic, has been very difficult..Most gluten free products spike my blood sugar. I tried one of the sandwich buns and absolutely love them! I'm also using a half a bun as toast!! Why? Because this is much lower carb than a traditional gluten free bread. My suggestion and request? Please start making a flax bread..maybe a roll up or foccacia type.
