ALLERGEN/GLUTEN STATEMENT A) We would like to ensure you that our processing plant is free of the following allergens.
1. Tree Nuts 2. Wheat 3. Crustaceans 4. Fish 5. Peanuts
B) We do use the following allergens in our processing plant. 1. Egg Whites 2. Soy Lecithin C) Gluten. The oats that we use in our product originates from a processor who only processes in their facility. Therefore the chance of any contamination is minimal. Concerns of wheat contamination stem from the possibility of wheat seeds/particles being blown by natural weather conditions or dropped in the field by wildlife.
We believe that the chance of contamination is minimal. We want to ensure consumers receiving the product that it has not been contaminated. In order to offer assurance of the minimal possibility of gluten in our product we conduct random gluten testing that is done at an indepent quality lag. We have been running these test for over a year and all test results have come back at zero PPM/"None Detected". These lab results can be viewed here . |
