INGREDIENTS: Dry Blend (Ground Flaxseed, Sugar Substitute (Fibers [Polydextrose, Soluble Maize Fibers, Chicory Fibers], Sweeteners [Erythritol, Isomalt, Sucralose]), Pure Oats), Egg Whites, Carrots, Raisins, Safflower and/or Sunflower Oil, Plum Puree, Aluminum-Free Baking Powder (Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Corn Starch, Sodium Bicarbonate, Mono Calcium Phosphate), Natural Vanilla Extract, Non GMO Soy Lecithin, Ground Cinnamon, Xanthan Gum, Ground Nutmeg, Sea Salt.

SHELF-LIFE: The Mini Muffins have 11-day shelf-life. To extend this shelf-life, we recommend storing the product in the freezer.

If you live in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, California, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, Arizona, and North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Oklahoma, Wisconsin, Alaska, and Hawaii, we suggest shipping UPS Ground as it will arrive within 4 business days, not including the day it ships. 

If you live outside these states, we encourage using USPS Priority Shipping or UPS 2 or 3 Day shipping for freshness as UPS Ground can take up to 5 business days, not including the day it ships. 

-IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION-

*In most cases, we only ship our products Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday to ensure the product arrives fresh at your door. The only exception is UPS ground shipments to the East Coast because it takes seven days to deliver, and will be shipped the same day.  

*All orders received before 11 am PST will be shipped that day. All other orders will be shipped the next day (remember order received on Thursday-Sunday will ship the following Monday). 

*HOLIDAY SHIPMENTS: Please note that any delivery around any holiday may be delayed. We will ensure to notify you if this will occur with your order.
